NHS Track & Trace – Please Read
The UK is currently experiencing a public health emergency as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of our commitment to keep our staff, customers and visitors safe as we re-open it is critical that we apply a range of measures to keep everyone safe.
To minimise the further spread of the disease, the government, supported by NHS Test & Trace Service, has placed an obligation on Rubicon Leisure to assist the service by keeping a temporary record of our customers and visitors for 21 days. The safety and security of the public remains our primary concern and the additional collection of this personal data is necessary to protect against the serious threat to public health.
This record will help the Test & Trace Service to contact people who are at risk of having been exposed to coronavirus and explain what they must do to help prevent the further spread of the virus.
Failure to observe safety measures will result in the service not being provided.
The legal basis for collecting this information is legitimate interest. This information will be held by Rubicon Leisure staff and shared with the NHS Test & Trace Service if requested. Their privacy notice can be found here: https://contact-tracing.phe.gov.uk/help/privacy-notice
The record of your visit will be kept secure for 21 days and then securely destroyed. This information will not be used for any other purpose.
Rubicon wider privacy notice is available here: https://rubiconleisure.co.uk/privacy-policy/

Ticket Resale, Exchange and Ticket Touts
To protect everyone from ticket touts, we don't allow the resale of our tickets for private commercial gain. Tickets are sold for use by the buyer and his and her party. We can cancel tickets if there's any breach of this condition, and refuse entry without a refund. For your own peace of mind, please only buy from official outlets - which is directly from The Palace Theatre or from one of our approved agents.
It is a general practice that tickets are not exchanged or money refunded. However, if patrons find that they are unable to use their tickets the Box Office will endeavour to resell them (although this can not be guaranteed) they must be returned at least three days before the performance. The resale value may not total the amount you paid for your tickets originally. Tickets are put up for resale at your own risk. There is an administration charge for this service of £1.50 which will be deducted from the resale value.
We will also exchange unwanted tickets on your behalf, for the same show if there is another date to choose from. Exchanges are subject to ticket availability and an administration charge of £1.50 per seat will be made to exchange tickets.

Parents with babes in arms under 12 months will only be admitted to specified children’s shows and the pantomime and must report to the Box Office on arrival so the Front of House Manager can issue a pass ticket for the child to be admitted to the auditorium.
We ask that you respect the enjoyment of other patrons and in the event of restlessness request that you take the child from the auditorium.
Unaccompanied children attending shows at the Palace are not the responsibility of the theatre and parents leave children at their own risk.
