ABOUT BEN:
Ben is a graduate from the University of Gloucestershire, with a BA (HONS) degree in Drama. Ben began singing in choirs, being led and trained by Maria Brannelly and Samantha Gorton, performing throughout his school years. Continuing the arts both in and out of his academics, he has been involved in many theatrical productions such as Shakespeare’s Love’s Labour’s Lost, including the title role in Sweeney Todd. Along with his experience on stage Ben also has been involved in Stage Management and Playwriting. Co-writing an adult version of the well-known pantomime Cinderella, writing his own short play “Sometimes Life’s MS” and stage managing many productions for PYT. Within his professional career Ben performs in Theatres and large corporate events for companies like; Code Red Entertainment, CircusMash UK, BA Entertainments, The CP Agency and Valkyrie Events. He has also been a freelance practitioner working with CirusMash UK, Everyman Youth Theatre, Jest a Minute and Class Act Theatrix. Ben continues to perform as a freelance actor and as part of the Top Box Theatre Company and Aim's to show the young people of the Youth Theatre that you can make theatre your career if you love it.
