There's panic on the streets. Terrorists, politicians and Kardashians have made the human race hell-bent on it's own self-destruction. Luckily, Sean McLoughlin (the misanthrope's misanthrope) has been hitting the self-destruction button his whole life and might just have the experience to get us all through this fog.

There are flies in the ointment though: Our hero is dealing with the collapse of his long-term relationship and has spiralled into his own existential crisis. Before he can help out his fellow man he has to grapple with some of the worries exploding in his mind. What is love? What is hate? Why am I doing these things? What's that smell? All these will be tackled head-on in Sean's spectacular new show, and only one question will remain: Could this warped and lanky fool really be the man to kick start the resurrection of our species?

28 year-old Sean McLoughlin is now widely considered to be one of biggest talents currently working in U.K. stand-up. His 2015 show Whatever It Takes was met with tremendous critical and commercial success at the Edinburgh Fringe, and embarked on a 28-date tour that played to packed houses including runs at the Soho Theatre and at the Rotterdam International Comedy Festival. His 2014 show I Will Prevail also garnered multiple 4-star reviews and he was nominated by fellow acts for the 'Best Performer' Barry Award during the run. His 2013 debut Backbone was named one of the top 5 free shows of the Fringe by The List.

Sean's ascendancy has been cemented by recent appearances on Russell Howard's Stand-Up Central and Comedy Central Live At The Comedy Store, as well as high-profile tour supports for Doc Brown and Katherine Ryan. A regular at the U.K's finest comedy clubs, he has previously appeared at the Cat Laughs Comedy Festival in Kilkenny and the Vodafone Comedy Festival in Dublin, as well as shows in every Scandinavian country, Brussels, Croatia and The Netherlands
