Kevin came to the West-midlands in 1994 to study for a BA(Hons) in Theatre Design and  MA(PGDip) in Scenography.  Kevin’s experience includes designing set and costume for Friction Theatre, Birmingham School of Speech and Drama and Birmingham City Council(Youth Services). In addition he has made Props for Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Masks/puppets for Norwich Puppet Theatre and has produced 3D illustrations for a Redditch Borough Council website. Kevin’s skills include Set and costume design, Model Making, Scene Painting, Prop Making , Puppetry and Performance Art.
Kevin has worked almost exclusively in youth/educational environments. Alongside his employment at Solihull School as  Technical Assistant in the Design and Technology department,  he joined the Palace Youth Theatre in 2009 as a workshop leader. He later took lead of the ‘Aim High’ drama group of young people with learning difficulties. The group devise their own ’performance art productions’ and perform in the Palace Studio at the Palace Theatre as well as touring other venues including Birmingham Hippodrome.
